Against Alan's judgement, Charlie falls for a seemingly crazy woman named Frankie (Jenna Elfman) who the brothers find smashing up a BMW in a parking lot with a baseball bat. She reveals that she has nowhere to stay, and Charlie invites her to spend the night at his place.
