White woman Martina Big talks about how she now identifies as a black woman following an addiction to tanning injections, and reveals why she believes she has changed race. Street artist Voyder creates a mural of Phillip and Holly in the studio that will be unveiled at the end of the show. Agony aunt Deidre Sanders offers advice to viewers on coping with anxiety.
