4 - 2: Bread

The twelve remaining hopefuls see their bread-making skills being put to the test as they have to deal with three tasks. The start by having to make 36 perfectly thin and crispy bread sticks. The technical challenge sees them having to create a batch of English muffins, before ending with some show-stopping loaves. At the end of the show there is another elimination.
