This happens when Tess tries to break into Watchtower, but her move inadvertently made them (herself and Chloe) to be trapped in the security system. While Chloe tries to stop the Kandorians from downloading information from her server, Oliver Queen confront Zod which in the end he pays the price Zod superpowers came back. On the other hand, Clark Kent discovers that the Kryptonian soldiers have been given their superpowers. "When you're trapped, the only way is up..."
