The gang finally arrive at Trovita Island, as Misty saves a little girl from drowning. The girl's older brother is revealed to be the Trovita Island Gym Leader, Rudy. Ash immediately challenges him to a Pokémon battle. Also, Rudy falls in love with Misty and offers her the chance to stay on the island with him forever. Will Misty leave her friends for good?
