Planning permission need for the zoo is turned down, ruining George's dream and threatening to rip the family apart. Lady Katherine's connections in Whitehall though offer the family new hope. She and George travel to London to try and convince the Deputy Minister of Health to grant an appeal. The family has to deal with a stunning new arrival at Oakfield.
