Manhattan is a science fiction drama series that follows a town whose very existence is classified. The series is set in 1940s. Frank Winter and his team of brilliant but flawed scientists working on a project that even they could know nothing about until their arrival. It’s a show full of secrets, including husbands and wives deceiving one another, the military keeping secrest from the scientists and the scientists keeping secrest from each other. It’s a story depicting the "wonder, danger and deceit that shadowed the first ‘nuclear’ families."
