A patrol cop finds a woman nearly dead; she dies before Benson and Stabler reach the hospital. Soon a lesbian rights group led by Babs Duffy (Kathy Griffin) gets involved, claiming the victim's death was a result of police neglect over the LGBTQIA community. When more women from Babs's group are attacked, it becomes clear that the victim's case wasn't an isolated incident and Babs herself becomes a target.
