After the weirdo and disturbed patient on House season 7 episode 15 that Taub and team of House faced, the next episode entitled "Out of the Chute" will deal with a professional bullfighter patient who was attacked by a bull. Aside from this it seems that Dr. Gregory is really bothered about what had happened to him and Cuddy. You can see from the trailer below that he seems to be about to jump in his high storey apartment/condo but maybe this is the side effects of his meds.
