Joseph who needs painkillers for a bad back but must avoid opiates becuase of his past as a former heroin user. Sean takes warfarin for blood clots, but too much can lead to internal bleeding. Ricky needs knee surgery but is afraid of going under the knife, and Leslie has ended up with bird fancier's lung.
