Gok focuses on helping victims of bullying. He meets 18-year-old twins Grace and Kate, whose self confidence has been crushed because of 24/7 cyber-bullying. Gok encourages 16-year-old Bethany to overcome her fear of being bullied walking to school. He also helps 15-year-old recluse Kyle confront his fear of 'hoodies' that's stopping him living his life. Throughout the series Gok talks to celebrities, including Jack Whitehall, Jo Brand and Gordon Ramsay, drawing on their own experiences growing up as teenagers.
