Phoebe's brother Frank Jnr returns, now married to Alice. Her world looks set to change forever when the newlyweds ask her to be a surrogate mother. Faced with the biggest dilemma of her life, Phoebe calls on her biological mother for help. Meanwhile, Joey becomes a tour guide at Ross's museum. But he discovers the staff are divided by their different departments, and it soon divides Joey and Ross. Elsewhere, Chandler is insecure about sleeping with Kathy because her last sexual experience was with the womenizing Joey, forcing Rachel and Monica to intervene.
