But things don't go according to plan. Meanwhile, Ross is pushed to breaking point when he finds himself in two long distance relationships. Elsewhere, Chandler sets a lonely Rachel up with a bunch of his colleagues to obtain a load of free gifts, whilst Phoebe struggles to write a Christmas song about the gang.
