Trying to move on from boyfriend Shawn, a trainer, Yaz tries out a new gym. Porter introduces a new show and its new hosts to D-1. Jamila meets her boyfriend Dexter's new hire, the dangerously cute Brandi, and a client causes trouble for Jamila on the verge of her grand opening.
