While Justin Silver helps the newest special-needs dog of Russell Simmons' executive assistant Simone Reyes get back in the game after recently becoming blind, Simmons hopes that the decreased burden on his friend/assistant will jumpstart her social plans with people. Meanwhile, Justin realizes that a family's lack of discipline for their two bloodhounds has created monsters, and he gives some tough love to a frazzled owner of four rescue dogs.
