6 - 1: The Impossible Astronaut

The 11th Doctor is back this April 23, 2011 with the two episode special and the first episode of the 6th series or season 6, is entitled as "The Impossible Astronaut." This will the be the opener for the continuation of the story about the mystery behind the silence that caused the TARDIS to explode from the previous episode (The Pandorica Opens and The Big Bang). In this season, it was revealed that the production will include shoots from the US and will feature old and new characters. That includes Ood - the squid look alien in a space suit, Nazis and the Doctor seems to be enjoying his wild wild west attire when somebody he knew came with a sharp shot.
