Another serial killer is on the loose in the next episode of Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior episode 4. This time it will be someone who can kill with just one shot and his target is Chicago but since the guys from the Red Cell are on him then the attention of the sniper changes to Mick and the Red Cell team.
