She heads to a high-end restaurant to hear about fermentation, the latest foodie trend, before meeting a dye maker who has turned her back on synthetic dyes and uses only natural plants and flower dyes to create her colours. Finally, Ellie visits the school where pupils cultivate some of the rarest orchids in the world.
