After Det. Phillip Mercurio and Sgt. Jason Snyder of the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police attempt to pull over a dark colored Aurora for a minor traffic violation, a chase ensues and one of the suspects begins dupming narcotics and what appears to be a hand gun out of the window. After a moment, the brief chase comes to a sudden stop, and the detectives find out what was really thrown out of the window.
