The new run of the show that brings the sun to our sofas continues. Tracey and Mike have taken the leap and made the permanent move to Portugal. They're currently renting an apartment in the historic town of Tomar on Portugal's Silver Coast. Known for its beautiful architecture, and with plenty of spots to eat and drink, it's popular with hikers and cyclists and is a very sought-after place to live, given its warm weather, proximity to Lisbon, and traditional and peaceful atmosphere. With the lease on their rented apartment about to run out, the pressure is on Leah Charles-King to find the couple the perfect permanent home. Leah shows them what their £150,000 budget can buy, from a bungalow with a wraparound garden, complete with fruit trees, to a green-shutter house giving all the feels - but will any impress them enough to put in an offer?
