This movie was based on the novel Out of My Head by Didier van Cauwelaert and surrounds on the story about the identity of Dr. Martin Harris. The story of the film surrounds with the life of Dr. Martin Harris and the car accident he was in during his travel in Berlin. What is so different on this accident is that when he wakes up, it seems that he's a different person. Why? He can't be recognized by his wife. Aside from that somebody takes his place. As he seeks for answers, the question of truth about his real identity arises and actually even me is wondering what is the real reason why he experienced this. It is just a side effect of the accident or it is just inside his head?
