Plot

The second installment to the Thor movie that stars Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Natalie Portman as Jane Foster, Tom Hiddleston, Anthony Hopkins, Stellan Skarsgard, Idris Elba, Christopher Eccleston, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Kat Dennings, Ray Stevenson, Zachary Levi, Tadanobu Asano, Jaimie Alexander, and Rene Russo. The story follows right after the Thor and Avenger story where Thor engage in battles to save Earth and all the Nine Realms from the race led by the vengeful Malekith. He must fight Malekith that plans to plunge the universe back into the darkness. In this perilous battle he must embark in a journey that will reunite him with Jane Foster and force him to team up with Loki who knows a portal to Malekith's world. The film was directed by Alan Taylor (Director of The Emperor's New Clothes and Terminator 2015).
