Plot

Neighbors (aka "Bad Neighbors" in UK & Australia) is a 2014 American comedy movie that features  Seth Rogen and Zac Efron tandem. Set Rogen plays Mac Radner, a newly married and dad who moved into a new neighborhood who is filled with  50 bros from a frat where Zac Efron aka Teddy Sanders belongs. Also stars Rose Byrne as Kelly Radner, Dave Franco as Pete, Christopher Mintz-Plasse as Scoonie, Lisa Kudrow as Carol Gladstone, Craig Roberts as Assjuice, Ike Barinholtz as Jimmy, Jake Johnson as Billy Jessup, Hannibal Buress as Officer Watkins, Halston Sage as Brooke and Ali Cobrin as Whitney. Here's a brief plot of the film: A couple with a newborn baby move into a new neighborhood and face unexpected difficulties following the establishment of a fraternity house in the adjacent residence. An intensive conflict between the two parties ensues. The movie was directed by Nicholas Stoller, director of films: Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Get Him to the Greek and The Five-Year Engagement.
